A few years ago, I made a posting suggesting that the current state of "agile" (so-called) has gone in unpleasant directions, and perhaps the process in many places is serving the process mavens and the desire for ceremony more than it serves the clients. I wrote "I want my agile back" What would it mean for you to have YOUR agile back? " What if you had something not so recognizably agile -- something past SCRUM or SAFe or what-have you? What if you could have something that fits your team and serves your users? I present some important questions, tell some stories, and hopefully we can find a way of working that goes past compliance, conformance, and complication.
